A simple check. Real peace of mind.

Even when an AED appears ready, critical components such as batteries, pads or accessories can expire or go missing over time.

That's why St John offers free, AED health checks conducted by our trained team, helping workplaces and community organisations feel confident their defibrillator is ready when it matters most.

No appointment is required, simply complete the form below, bring your AED in store!

What we check during your FREE AED Health Check?

Our trained team will complete a visual and readiness check, including:

  • Ready status indicator to confirm the unit shows it is operational
  • Battery condition to ensure it is working and within expiry
  • Overall condition of the unit, checking for cracks, damage or wear
  • Electrode pads to confirm they are sealed, unused and within expiry
  • Essential accessories including face shield, scissors, gloves, razor and alcohol wipes

This check is designed to support everyday readiness and does not replace manufacturer servicing or advanced testing.
