St John Ambulance Tasmania is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all young people participating in St John activities, programs, events or services. St John has zero tolerance for child abuse and neglect. We take all allegations and concerns about abuse very seriously. St John will always have systems in place to ensure that young people do not experience abuse, neglect, harm or exploitation during their involvement with us.
If you are a Youth Member or young person and need some help, you should talk to a trusted adult or contact us and we can be your trusted adult.
If you form a reasonable belief that a Youth Member or young person is at risk of harm, or you have concerns for their safety or well-being, please contact a St John Child Safety Officer. Where somebody is in immediate danger, contact triple zero (000).
