Complaints and Appeals Policy
All students enrolling in nationally recognised training must obtain a Unique Student Identifier (USI) to link training records and issue certificates. To create your free USI, visit: www.usi.gov.au.
Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended in order to perform training activities such as bending, kneeling and lying on the floor.
We will do everything possible to meet individual needs. Please advise us of your requirements when booking.
Your photo ID and lunch. Coffee, tea and water provided. Fridge and microwave are available to use.
Yes. First Aid qualifications issued by a Registered Training Organisation are recognised. The qualification must be sighted by the St John consultant on enrolment or the trainer prior to course commencement.

No, if you can demonstrate competency during the assessment, you can enrol in a recertification course.
The trainer will give you feedback and you will be allowed a reasonable number of attempts to be deemed competent. If you are then assessed as not yet competent, you will need to repeat the course or subject, at your own expense, to gain the competency.
