Why invest in workplace wellbeing training?

Mental health and wellbeing are important components of a healthy and productive workplace.

Many employees want to support a colleague who may be struggling but are unsure what to say or how to start the conversation. This workshop helps remove that uncertainty by providing practical tools and a simple framework that participants can use with confidence.

By strengthening peer support skills across your workforce, organisations can help create psychologically safer workplaces where people feel more connected and more confident reaching out for support.
