Free Seniors Month First Aid Sessions | Hobart and Launceston

St John Ambulance Tasmania is proud to partner with COTA Tasmania for Seniors Month 2026, with a series of free, practical sessions designed to help older Tasmanians stay safe, confident and independent.

Throughout October, we’ll be hosting sessions in Moonah, Hobart and Launceston, covering first aid, home safety, falls prevention, mobility and independence, as well as activities for grandparents and grandchildren.

Free to attend. No booking required. Walk-ins welcome.

These practical sessions cover first aid skills, falls prevention, home safety, mobility and independence, with opportunities to learn useful skills in a relaxed and supportive setting.

The Seniors and Grandkids session is designed to make first aid something generations can learn together.
